What we collect

Your name and email address (account)
OAuth refresh tokens for the doorbell and speaker services you connect (so we can play rings)
Event log: when your doorbell rang and which speakers we asked to play
Subscription status (active, trial, expired)
Anonymous page-view counts for the marketing website

What we do NOT collect

Camera or video footage from your doorbell
Audio recordings
Your doorbell account password
Your speaker account password
Location data

How we use your data

Strictly to provide the Service: when your doorbell rings, we receive an event from the doorbell maker (Ring, Nest, etc.), look up which speakers you've configured, and instruct them to play your gong sound. That's it.

Third parties

We connect to: Ring, Nest, Eufy, DoorBird, Reolink, UniFi, Aqara, Netatmo (doorbells); Sonos (speakers); Stripe (billing); Apple App Store and Google Play (mobile billing); Brevo (transactional email).

We never sell or share your data for advertising. No tracking pixels.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can: (a) view all data we have about you in your dashboard, (b) export your data on request, (c) delete your account and all associated data at any time via the dashboard or /account-verwijderen.

Data location

All data is stored on servers in the EU (the Netherlands).
